Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
RAW Pressery Almond Milk Plain – 2 cups (250 ml)Granola – 1 cup (120 grams)Seed Mix – 2 tbsp (30 grams)Chia seeds – 1 tbsp (15 grams)
Toppings:
Bananas, Strawberries, Pomegranate, Chopped Nuts, Cacao Nibs, Maple Syrup
Method:
In a bowl, soak the Chia seeds with 1/4 cup almond milk & let them bloom for about 10 minutes. Once the Chia seeds have bloomed, add the granola & seed mix on top. Add toppings of your choice & top it off with the almond milk. Your smoothie bowl is ready!

Panna Cotta
Ingredients:
RAW Pressery Almond Milk Coffee – 2 cups (250 ml)Coffee Powder- 2 tsp (10 grams)Agar Agar powder- 3/4 tsp (3 grams)Vanilla essence- 1 tsp (5 ml)Maple syrup (opt.)- 2 tsp (10 ml)
Method:
In a saucepan, whisk together the almond milk & agar agar powder. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Add in the coffee, vanilla essence, maple syrup & place the mixture on a medium low flame for boiling. Once the mixture comes to a boil, reduce the flame & let it cook for 2 minutes, whisking periodically. Take it off the flame & strain it. Divide the mixture among 2 glasses & cool them down to room temperature before placing in the refrigerator. Let them set for at least one hour before serving.

Pancakes
Ingredients:
RAW Pressery Almond Milk Cocoa- 1 cup (125 ml)Whole wheat flour- 1 cup (120 grams)Baking powder- 1 tbsp (15 grams)Salt- 1/4 tsp (1.5 grams)Olive oil / Coconut Oil- 2 tbsp (30 ml)Maple Syrup (opt.)- 2 tbsp (30 ml)Vanilla Essence- 1 tsp (5 ml)
Method:
Sift the flour, baking powder, salt & keep aside. In a mixing bowl, whisk together RAW Pressery Almond Milk, maple syrup, olive/ coconut oil & vanilla essence. Add the dry ingredients & mix well. Heat a non-stick pan & pour a spoonful of the batter on it. Flip when done from one side. Serve piping hot with toppings of your choice.

Custard
Ingredients:
RAW Pressery Almond Milk Cocoa- 4 cups (500 ml)Cornstarch- 2 tbsp (30 grams)Coconut oil- 1 tsp (5 ml)Maple syrup- 2 tbsp (30 grams)Chia Seeds- 2 tbsp (30 grams)Toasted Almond- 2 tbsp (30 grams)
Method:
In a deep bottomed vessel, boil the almond milk, reserving half cup. Mix cornstarch in the reserved almond milk & make a slurry. When the milk starts boiling add in the cornstarch slurry & mix well. Simmer on a low flame for 10-15 minutes, whisking constantly. Add in the maple syrup, orange essence, coconut oil, soaked chia seeds & mix well. Simmer for a minute. Take it off flame, mix it well & transfer it to a glass bowl. Garnish with toasted almond slivers & chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
